Returns & Refunds
Dhali store wants their customer to be satisfied with every purchase they make. If an item you purchased arrived broken, is faulty or isn’t what as advertised, we’re here to help, subject to the below terms;
Dhali store will refund a purchase for the exact amount paid less the following:
Any delivery costs already incurred by Dhali store.
Refunds will only be processed onto the payment method that was used when the order was created, and into the account it was paid from e.g. credit card or EFT.
A refund can take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account, and EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details.
Returning unwanted products: You have seven calendar days starting the day you receive the product. You must return any goods in a new condition with all packaging, materials and accessories. We will refund the purchase price of the goods (minus the direct costs of returning the goods) within 7 days of receiving such items.
Please include your order or invoice number in the box of the return so that your refund can be processed.
Entire Agreement
